"The ladies that work here are great, especially Tameka. I have only every spoke with Mr.Haskins when I first got my insurance with him about 5 years ago. Every time I call I cannot get anyone on the phone lately. I called to have a quote done on the vehicle I am adding and nothing. The best way to get ahold of someone is to just message then wait for them to say that they can't do it over email and wait on them to call. They will call if they need something but if you need something don't expect an answer. After being with someone so long for my insurance it's sad I would rather call the 855 number to get easier service that is more convenient for my schedule and not just theirs."
